First off - I have to say thank you SO much to all of you girls who are joining me as a
MUF's girl! I'm just super excited about the coming year of joy in stitching - and I'm already thinking of some fun things for us to do (perhaps a MUF swap of some masterpieces that have over-fermented, a special sewing party . . .)! And, goodness, with the holidays, I'm behind on replying to comments - but seriously - thank you!
Alright - now one of the things that I think makes life SO beautiful is that we're all different!
For some of us, goals become a tyrant and drive the joy right out of sewing - but for others, I know it is VERY helpful to organize projects and post goals!
So - here's what we're gonna do! If you want to post goals for January and February - please post them on your blog - and link up here:
BUT, if you don't want to post goals, that's fine, too! Or, you can post goals - but, if they change and you end up finishing different projects instead - that's great too - all of the finishes will count for the drawings!
A few of the projects I'll be working on:
just because I'm a MUF's Girl and I love this - I'm starting "Winter Wonderland"
"Tea In The Garden" - because I love it, too!!
Here's to a New Year of sewing, blogging, quilt alongs, sewing parties, and swaps
Really looking forward to it!!!
TTFN,
Kelly

Love all your projects - Tea in the Garden is just a delight! And I look forward to every ones new goals and "ferments".

NPNT's blocks - can you tell me more about these? I don't recognize "NPNT". I love the "lollipop", "cupcake" and "chocolate" and would love to stitch these into a small wallhanging for my daughter's room.

NPNT's??? I'm like Jen in that I don't recognize that acronym. As for the Word Up idea...GREAT however, I'm having to wait for my word to pick me!

I posted the things that I NEED to get done these next two months. I will be working on other things also but I at least have these main goals to focus on first. Thank you Kelly for shaking things up a bit. I love this more relaxed idea. Have a great day!

Hi Kelly,
I finally posted my plans for February. I had a setback with knee surgery in January. I am getting better quickly though. I posted projects and pictures of things I am working on in Feb.
Working on my word next. Thinking about "rediscovery". I will post again soon.

Goals: "Over the River" by Crabapple Hill (kitted only); Civil War Tribute by Judie Rothermel (kitted and cut out); Holiday Inn by Jo Morton (almost done); Molly's Meadow by Kim Diehl (almost done)
Those are the priorities--more UFO's to complete later.

So many goals, so little time. I'm looking forward to joining in the group and sharing what I'm doing. I hope that will help me keep trucking along on the stack of projects I have to do!
