For dessert, we had Ice Cream
They're really fun to make - and to eat!
Just choose your favorite cookie recipe
and mix up the cookie dough. We did chocolate chip - the only thing you'll need to do is either use mini chocolate chips or cut your larger chocolate chips into smaller pieces.
Roll out your cookie dough to about 1/4" thickness on a well floured surface. Invert your muffin pan, and spray the back of it thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray. Cut a circle out of your dough, and wrap it around the outside of the muffin cup:
Bake at 350 Degress for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown, and firm. Allow to cool on a cooling rack for about 5 minutes before removing your cups
Add your favorite flavor of ice cream, and toppings!
This would be such a fun thing to take to your next BBQ or kids party!
For the big kids
some chocolate syrup will do nicely! And, for the little ones
how about some M & M's - oohh, you could do a buffet of toppings - gummy worms, sprinkles, Skittles . . . .! And, won't they have fun getting to decorate and eat their cookie bowls! Next time, we're going to try Sugar Cookie Bowls!
So easy, so tasty, so fun! The perfect summer treat for your loved ones!
TTFN,
Kelly

Looks like a ton of fun and yummy!
