. . . I goofed - and I'm so sorry! I forgot to include the inner and outer border in your cutting instructions, and in the yardage requirements for your background on our Mini Version of "Simple Things". You'll actually need 2 yards of background fabric (instead of 1 2/3 yards). And, the cutting instructions have been modified to include:
**UPDATE (I forgot to include these for your borders - oops - sorry)
7. 8 - 1 1/2" strips, for your inner and outer borders. From these strips, cut:
2 @ 1 1/2" x 28 1/2"
2 @ 1 1/2 x 30 1/2
2 @ 1 1/2" x 36 1/2"
2 @ 1 1/2" x 38 1/2"
I really hope this doesn't cause any problems - so sorry girls!
I made a sweet little
The pattern is from
this adorable book "A Stitch In Time" by Rosalie Quinlan - love her designs!
So you use this little basket
to throw all of your stray threads in while you're hand sewing, doing embroidery or binding
is that an adorable way to keep things neat and tidy or what?
I just want to make oodles of them!
Off to cook some dinner - just spaghetti and garlic bread tonight, but I do have a fun dessert planned! Will be back with pictures and a recipe!
And again girls - so sorry about my mistake! My brain does that sometimes - seriously, it does! It just goes on a coffee break without even telling me - and then no one is paying attention to anything, and I don't even know it - which can be a REALLY good thing - just not in this case :(
TTFN,
Kelly
