On the new schedule for Wednesday we have laundry - but you all don't want to see pictures of that! Thank goodness it's also NPNT day! If you haven't had a chance, you really have to get over to Vickie's Blog to see her block this week, and oodles of other ca-ute projects she's making! This week, because I was feeling extra snuggly, I stitched the
"Teddy Bear" block! There are just times in life when a girl just needs extra snuggling! When we were little, we had teddy bears! But, when we're older, we have McHubbies - how sweet is that? I sometimes refer to McStudly as my "Snuggle Bear"! It's a good thing his friends don't read this blog, or I'd be in trouble for sharing that - but I know you all won't tell a soul!
And, I couldn't stitch this sweet block without thinking about the Valentine's Day when McStudly took me on a romantic day he planned for us that included a trip to "Build A Bear" - post Here!
We loved, really loved, the documentary "I Am" by director, Tom Shadyac, who also directed "Bruce Almighty" and tons of other fun comedies!
It was an incredibly inspiring look at life, with a blend of experts in the fields of business, science, religion and psychology, along with amazing footage and great music. We'll definitely get this one to watch again! Highly recommended!
One more thing before I'm off to fold the towels (last load :o) and fix dinner. While I was doing some Christmas shopping, I saw this shirt and had to share:
